Group Tax Specialist

Description of a position:

  • responsibility for tax managing of the group
  • preparation strategic proposals for high management of the company
  • responsibility for allocation keys within the group
  • review of tax obligation of group’s entities – local controllers directly report to this group person
  • responsibility for transfer pricing within the group – preparation and regular review TPS
  • solving specific tax issues and projects within the group, e.g. permanent establishment, structuring of SPV, review of preparation of tax allowances for R&D costs in local entities, etc.

Place of Work:

  • Amsterdam, Netherlands or Brno, Czech republic

Specification of working relationship:

  • full-time relationship
  • accession immediately, or by consent

Requirements:

  • university education of economic specialization
  • work experience in tax and/or accounting - 2 - 4 years (experience on a position of tax advisor is big advantage)
  • very good knowledge of English
  • knowledge of international taxation
  • an excellent knowledge of tax legislation and CAS
  • very good knowledge of MS Office, Excel
  • experience with SAP is advantage
  • willingness to deepen and enlarge professional skills
  • good communication skills
